After 14 years trying to help people to recover their health both mental and physical, it dawned on me that poor life styles are the precursor to chronic conditions. Today these conditions are costing governments countless billions and the personal suffering is unimaginable.
I began writing with a passion so profound that I bored my friends and family to death and had to learn to temper my enthusiasm! Good food, good sleep and some exercise is all that is required for most people to maintain a reasonably healthy existence. But the odds are stacked against this happening.

My books explain why and what needs to be done to reverse the direction that societies are travelling – a life towards poor health and a reliance upon synthetic medicines and overburdened health care.
Food is my passion. But so is the need for humour as my latest book tries to express. I now live in Devon overlooking a river and watching cricketers and footballers playing on the fields when they are not flooded, below my house!

The books stem from the obvious but nonetheless urgent message that quality food will offer better quality of life and conversly poor quality food will lead to poor health. Nothing is more guaranteed.
