I read in a paper today that a guy lost his rag at work because he couldn’t find his coffee mug at work and began accusing his work mates of stealing it. That was 2 years ago. He claimed racial discrimination and took his case to a tribunal. A judge agreed that he could understand his frustration but he lost his case. He had been in this job for a month and after his request for a 5 weeks holiday had been refused he again went to a tribunal on the grounds of discrimination. And lost. He was eventually sacked! Presumably on the grounds of prejudicial stupidity! Many years ago his boss would have told him not waste his time and to get a life! Imagine the money wasted all about a mug?
